Every health system I work with faces the same arithmetic: demand rising faster than capacity, and no realistic amount of building your way out of it. That makes prevention, self-management and earlier intervention the only levers that genuinely bend the curve, and it makes adoption, not invention, the hard part. Most of what I think about sits somewhere in that gap.
